LSAW Steel Pipe

Introduction:
The LSAW steel pipe (longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe) is a kind of seamless steel pipe used for water, oil or natural gas transportation water, large-scale pipeline engineering, ship-building, mine, offshore work, urban pipe network construction and so on. It is produced by hot-rolled welded process from the materials of Q235B, Q345B, L245, GrB, X42-70 etc.
Here in our company, we can produce LSAW steel pipe with outer diameters of over 610mm and wall thicknesses of over 15mm. And the maximum diameter and wall thickness of our LSAW steel tube is 2150mm and 30mm respectively. We use advanced production technologies to achieve this. For example, the bending machine in our company is designed in double linked structure, this can allows us process pipelines with a maximum length of 16m, and can load a maximum pressure of 1600tons. By strict control of the whole processes, including bending, butting seams, internal welding, external welding, straightening and flattening, our LSAW steel pipescan meet the standard requirements of UAS Petroleum Association.

Note: Mill the edges of medium plates and put them into pressure forming devices is important, in which they can be formed into a circle in accordance with the mode of J.C.O.
